The, then, President Bush enacted the Energy Independence and Security Act. The act is commonly known as the, Light Bulb Law. What the Act did was, essentially cause light bulb manufacturers to phase out non-energy efficient bulbs and create new ones. That is why one sees so many new styles of bulbs today.
